Frank Howard Herbst, born May 26, 1951, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2026. He was the son of the late Sylvia and Louis Herbst. He is survived by his wife, Florrie; his children, Adam, Robin, and Lisa; his daughter-in-law, Roseanne; his son-in-law, Tal; and his grandchildren, Ema, Alexa, and Evie.
A graveside service for Frank will be held at Mount Sinai Cemetery on Hicks Street in Portland on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026 at 2 pm.
