The family of Mariellen “Ginger” Spiro announce the death of their mother and grandmother, Ginger who passed on March 8, 2026. Ginger is survived by her children Barbara Freedman, Cheryl Imbriani, Steven Freedman, and Nancy Ginsberg, as well as her six grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at Congregation Bet Ha’am on March 11, 2026 at 11 a.m. Service was also available via Zoom.
Internment was at Temple Beth El Memorial Park in Portland, ME. A meal of consolation followed at Congregation Bet Ha’am. Shiva was held Wednesday and Thursday evening at Congregation Bet Ha’am.
